MEET OUR Team
Our Senior Pastor Wint Fox was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and grew up at Leawood Baptist Church, where he met his wife, Vicki. The Foxes have four children, Elijah, Shiloh, Isaiah, and Salem.
The Fox family is devoted to the Lord Jesus Christ and to the growth of His kingdom through the vessel of the local church. They believe: “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching for reproof for correction and for training in righteousness” 2 Timothy 3:16.

Hunter Leath grew up in Rossville, TN and was a member of Piperton Baptist Church his entire life until he went away to college. He met his wife, Lyndi, at PBC while in the youth group. Outside of his pastoral roles at PBC, he is also a songwriter for Emack Music Publishing, and has had several songs recorded and released by CCM artists such as Cochren & Co., Hannah Kerr, Cade Thompson and more.

Josh Sturgis was born and raised in Bolivar, TN. Josh felt the call to the gospel ministry as a Junior in high school. He graduated from Blue Mountain College where he met his wife, Annie.
Josh and Annie both have a strong desire to see people, especially young people, learning to love Jesus more than anything else.

Lynn has been our ministry assistant and office manager since January 2010. She has served in other church ministries in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas as Minister of Education and Senior Adults and Minister to Children. She is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University & Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary.

Tony Castro was raised in Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from Catholic High School. He has been married to Trisha for 39 years. They have three married children Matthew (Lisa), Andrew (Jill) and Megan (Walker) and eight grandchildren. Tony became a believer of Jesus at the age of 28 and has devoted his life to serving Him and growing His kingdom through local and global missions. Tony has worked for FedEx for over 30 years as both an Aircraft Mechanic and Leader. He is also a Navy veteran. He and Trisha have lived in numerous areas including three years in South Asia.
